HOW TO SHOP
1 - Go to the Shop Online section of our website

Many of our products are posted here.
2- The posted prices are retail prices. Effective immediately,
we are selling everything at 50% off these prices.
So, for example, if you see a price of $40, you will pay $20.
3 - Note that we have disabled the shopping cart feature of our website.
So, once you find the items you want,
you have two options:
A - Call us.
You can call us anytime, day or night. We will answer the phone when someone is available, but if we don't answer, leave a voicemail.
Tell us your name, phone number, and what items you would like.
B - Send us an email.
Tell us your name and what you would like.
DO NOT INCLUDE CREDIT CARD INFORMATION IN VOICEMAILS OR EMAILS.
4- The quantities we have on hand are different for each item.
So whoever sends an email or leaves a voicemail first
will be the first in line to purchase an item.
All voice mails and emails are time-stamped.
We will fill all requests in the order in which they are received.
5 - Be patient! It might take a day or more for us to reply to you.
We will make every effort to respond quickly!
6 - You will receive a return call or a reply email
with instructions for payment.
7 - Pick up your items!
Tuesday through Saturday
9am - 3pm
8 - Please note: There is no gift boxing, gift bags or gift wrapping.
9 - This is a little bit of pot luck -- you might get what you request, and you might not!
You will be able to decline the purchase if you choose.
10 - We will update the website as frequently as possible
to indicate what has sold out.

refer to them if you need assistance.

CAN I STILL PLACE SPECIAL ORDERS FOR ITEMS?
This will depend. Let us know what you need, and we will see if we can help.
CAN I USE MY GIFT CERTIFICATE?
CAN MY PURCHASE BE SHIPPED?
We can ship UPS. However, we will be charging the actual UPS rate for each box, not a flat rate. UPS rates can be shockingly high, so call or email us to discuss this.
